This oilfield superconducting multifunctional well washing equipment has been developed and tested by several experts for more than 10 years. Combined with the oil well structure, the research focuses on the wax and scale in the tubing of low leakage well, intermittent well, heavy oil well, and polymer injection oil well. They make the inner diameters of oil tubing become thinner gradually, which heavily impacts the production. Meanwhile, the increasing pressure inside the oil tubing builds up the pump load, which shortens the service life of the oil pump. The oil well with high wax contents, heavy oil and high viscosity could cause high backflow pressure and wellhole waxing. Therefore, we use superconducting technology to design and manufacture a new superconducting type, fast and environmentally friendly wax removal equipment, which not only effectively resolves difficult shortcomings caused by many problems, such as waxing and leakage of oil wells, but also leads the industry in terms of energy saving and emission reduction. This technology effectively resolves the challenge of wax locking and running over the oil layer due to low temperature of the traditional heat washing method, and effectively prevents the phenomenon of tubing blockage, incomplete wax removal, oil layer pollution and excessive wax removal drainage period caused by traditional wax removal.
The well heats up more quickly after using this equipment with rapid and even heat transfer. The energy can be stored, and heat can be released, leading to a high heat efficiency. The output of single well can be restored to the initial fluid production, which provides a strong guarantee to the increasing yield and efficiency of oil fields.
