1. Temperature control
The Siemens smart PLC analog input module EM06 is adopted. The control temperature input range is -200-650 °C, which controls the inlet temperature, superconducting temperature and outlet temperature, respectively.
2. Pressure control
The Siemens smart PLC analog input module EM06 is adopted. The control pressure input range is 0-25MPa, which controls the inlet pressure, outlet pressure, superconducting pressure and flow, respectively. The signal input is 4-20ma.
3. Frequency conversion control
The 485-communication port of Siemens smart PLC is adopted to communicate with the frequency converter, and the speed, current, voltage and alarm fault of the converter are controlled in real time.
4. Control process
When the inlet temperature, superconducting temperature and outlet temperature reach the set temperature, the burner stops automatically.
When the outlet pressure, superconducting pressure and inlet pressure reach the set maximum pressure, the burner stops and alarms simultaneously.
When the instantaneous flow reaches the set minimum value, the burner stops and alarms simultaneously.
The burner will not start until the inlet temperature, superconducting temperature, outlet temperature and flow setting values are met.
5. Remote monitoring.
The self-developed monitoring platform software is used to realize the centralized management of equipment in various places, and to monitor the real-time curves and historical curves. In this way, data statistics are performed to analyze the optimal operation state of the equipment.
