Experimental report of the first test plant of Jiangsu Oilfield Branch of China

Multi-function washing truck instructions

  In order to improve the technical level of oil well hot washing, reduce the process cost, solve the problem of excessive oil loss and oil layer pollution during conventional well washing, and further improve the efficiency of hot washing and wax cleaning, our factory will be from March 13 to June 1, 2012. The self-produced liquid self-circulating well washing experiments were carried out on 10 oil wells in the four oil zones of Zhenwu, Yong'an, Caozhuang and Shaying by GKA multi-functional hot-washing and wax-cleaning equipment, and good experimental results were obtained.

First, the technical characteristics of the process

 The function well washing equipment has many functions such as large displacement high pressure circulation washing, steam washing and oil well self-producing liquid self-circulating washing, etc., and can flexibly use one or several functions according to actual needs of the site to achieve rapid heating. Melting the oil well paraffin and not harming the oil and gas layer.

Second, the use of the scene

 According to the characteristics of the oil wells in our factory, nine oil wells with high, medium and low liquid production and different water content were selected for self-production liquid self-circulation well washing field test. The results are shown in Table 1:

  The data of liquid production, current, and power map after well washing in Sha 19-74A and Sha 30-21 well became better, and the predetermined wax removal effect was achieved. In addition, the rehydration and well-washing test of low-capacity oil well sand 19-66 has also achieved a certain wax-cleaning effect. If the process is further improved, a method for clearing wax in low-yield wells will be added to our plant.

Third, the process application summary

1. The heat exchange of the function of the well washing truck is heated up quickly. Under normal circumstances, the oil well produced liquid can be rapidly heated by 30 ° C in the first half hour, and a wider range of temperature adjustment can be carried out according to the oil well condition;

2. The well washing process heats a well every self-circulation (about 4-6 hours), consumes about 30 liters of fuel oil, and is an energy-saving and environment-friendly process, which can reduce the cost of single well washing;

3. There is a water recovery period with the formation water washing well, and the well washing water is easy to pollute the stratum. Since the circulating heat washing well does not use the foreign liquid, the above problems can be better avoided.

4. The contrast effect of high water-containing oil wells may not be related to the amount of waxing;

5. The impact of this batch of well washing cycles is being further observed.
